Didgeridoo Sound Healing

This sound therapy experience is conducted by Whadjuk Custodian Olman Walley and Gestalt Psychotherapist Geraldine Reilly. It accesses the ancient Aboriginal tradition of didgeridoo-playing, and heart-centering to provide a balancing and healing energy experience for clients holding stress and trauma in their bodies.

The vibrational healing energy is carried on the sound of the didgeridoo and deeply penetrates the body at a cellular and sub cellular level. Like nature, waterfalls and the ocean, these sound waves emitt negative ions that counteract the damaging effects of trauma, stress, and harmful positive ions (known also to be emitted from screens and technology devices). Clients choosing Didgeridoo Sound Therapy allow the sound to be absorbed into and around their bodies, may experience healing phenomena such as trauma releasing (sometimes presented as shaking or quaking), a floating sensation, deep relaxation, a sense of lightness and balancing, and deep grounding and calmness.

Geraldine Reilly’s psychotherapy client, Alison shared this insight about her recent Didgeridoo Sound Therapy session

“It was an Honour and Privilege to experience this depth of healing work. Thank-you Olman and Geraldine for creating this safe and sacred space for me!

Guided with Olman’s amazing gift of sound I felt my body release deep old trauma energy, feeling lighter and free of pain. I am present with energy, sitting in my heart space feeling peace, freedom and an abundant sense of gratitude”
